In the eastern part of the Black Hills you can find the Crave Canyon. Fortunately has yet to be discoverd by the tourists.
An arduous ride is rewarded with a magnificent landscape and nearly unspoiled nature.
The scream of a hawk sounded through the valley. On the ground you can still see the tracks of the white intruders,
the old stage coach road from Hot Springs to Fort Laramie. Prehistoric petroglyphs give evidence of presence of the Natives
for about thousands of years. The pictures are approximately 2000 or 3000 years old.
Unfortunately it is unknown by which tribe it has been made.
